Unlike conventional strength training, osteogenic loading is focused on maximal loading of bones.
It is only performed in the position where you are strongest because it's the amount of the load, not the length of time, that triggers the natural bone building process. All the bioDensity studies were performed in this way; just 5 seconds per exercise, once per week.

Yes. The bioDensity device was designed to be a safe, effective and efficient way to increase bone density, or reduce blood sugar (A1C) measurements in type 2 diabetics. During a bioDensity session, each participant is positioned in the strongest biomechanical position to allow users to produce their maximal force. This ensures that the body can safely withstand the load that is being provided in the activity. The machine is self-loaded so each person dictates the force that is applied. With over 1,000,000 sessions completed worldwide, bioDensity is proven safe and effective.

Your first bioDensity session will take about 60 minutes and can be done in your regular clothes (we recommend flat-soled shoes with less than a one-inch heel). After that, each session is just 15 minutes once a week.

During a bioDensity session, you'll perform four movements, each lasting 5 seconds, similar to pushing or lifting a heavy object. After the session, you might feel warm due to increased blood circulation and muscle activity. Within 24 hours, you may experience muscle fatigue but not soreness. Many users report an improved mood and confidence from their success. The short duration of maximal effort helps prevent muscle soreness.

The bioDensity report is a visual representation of your force production improvement reached during each bioDensity session. In each of the 4 graphs you will see your baseline reading, along with the last 14 sessions you recorded. The report also documents your all-time increase in force production as a percentage.

During your first session, we will review your health history, answer any questions you have, test your balance, and take you through a session. Please allow 60-75 minutes.

No special clothing is required. You can come dressed as you are for the day.
Please wear comfortable shoes (flat or low-heeled shoes are best).
