Your first bioDensity session will take about an hour, and you can come as you are (flat-soled shoes are best). After that, it's just 15 minutes once a week!

What can I expect to feel after a bioDensity session?

During a bioDensity session, you'll do four quick movements, each lasting 5 seconds, like pushing or lifting something heavy. Afterward, you might feel warm from increased blood flow and muscle activity. Within a day, you may feel some muscle fatigue but no soreness. Many folks report feeling a mood boost and more confident! The short bursts of effort help keep soreness at bay.

The Wellness Lab uses Wellness Living for scheduling. You can save time and get more booking choices by booking online. Just follow the simple instructions below:

Scheduling App Instructions:
Step 1: Signing in for the first time
All members have a Wellness Living account already. 
1. Download the "Wellness Living Achieve"app from the Apple App store or Google Play. 
2. Select 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address when prompted.
3. You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the link in the email to create your new password.

 1. Login to your account with your new password

Step 3: View Your Upcoming Appointments 
1. On the bottom menu bar, select ‘My Schedule’
2. If you have a regular recurring weekly appointment already, you will be able to see all of your appointments here.

Step 4: Canceling an Appointment and Rescheduling
 1. Cancel the appointment you will miss. This is an important step!
 2. Select ‘Book Now’ from the bottom menu bar
 3. Select ‘Makeup’ for the appointment type
 4. Proceed to choose your desired date and time and complete booking.
